ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, www.lunivalove.com .

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved all information regarding the essential characteristics of the products ordered, the sales price, payment and delivery terms, and the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 3 – DATE OF AGREEMENT

This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY OF GOODS / SERVICES

Ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.

Products will be delivered within 30 days at the latest after payment is completed.

ARTICLE 6 – BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

The BUYER is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery.

ARTICLE 7 – SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

The SELLER is obligated to deliver the product complete and in good condition.

ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Product information is as stated on the order and invoice.

ARTICLE 9 – CASH PRICE OF GOODS / SERVICES

The upfront price is stated in the order summary.

ARTICLE 10 – FORWARD PRICE

The details of the forward sale are subject to the bank agreement.

ARTICLE 11 – DOWN PAYMENT

Information regarding the down payment can be found in the order summary.

ARTICLE 12 – PAYMENT PLAN

The payment schedule is determined by the bank.

ARTICLE 13 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

ARTICLE 14 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT AVAILABLE

Personalized products cannot be returned without a cancellation.

ARTICLE 15 – DEFAULT

Bank interest and fees may apply for delays.

ARTICLE 16 – COMPETENT COURT

Consumer Arbitration Boards and Courts have jurisdiction.
