1. Order Preparation Time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days . This timeframe may vary slightly during peak campaign periods.
2. Shipping Company
Shipments are made via our contracted courier company.

3. Shipping Fee
- Standard shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process.
- Free shipping may be available for purchases above a certain amount (this may vary during promotional periods).
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of personalized products.
4. Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, the average delivery times are:
- Within Istanbul: 1-2 business days
5. Things to Consider During Delivery
- If the package shows any signs of damage such as crushing, tearing, or opening on the outside during delivery , a report must be filed with the delivery person .
- Photos of damaged products must be sent to lunivalove@gmail.com within 24 hours.
- The user is responsible for products received without a delivery receipt.
6. Incorrect/Missing Product Shipment
In rare cases, due to high order volume or technical errors, missing or incorrect products may be shipped.
- Lunivalove.com will cover all shipping costs for incorrect or incomplete orders.
- The replacement or exchanged product will be prepared and reshipped as quickly as possible.
7. Delivery Process for Personalized Products
For products requiring name printing, special notes, added photos, or custom designs, the production process may take longer than for standard products.

8. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive the tracking number via SMS and email. You can then track your shipment online using this number.
9. Undeliverable Orders
- The address is incomplete or incorrect.
- The recipient is not at the specified address,
- Ignoring shipping messages
In these cases, the package is held at the cargo branch and then sent back to Luniva.
An additional shipping fee may apply to reshipment requests.
